December to April $2500

May to June $2000

July to September $1500

October to November $2000

Christmas & New Year $3000

Dates will be reserved for up to seven days. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the rental cost.

The balance becomes due 30 days before the rental period commences.

The deposit is refundable, less an administration fee of 20%, up to 30 days before the rental commences.

Cancellations within 30 days of the rental period will be refunded, less an  administration fee of 20%, provided that the period can be re-let.

A $500 US security deposit is required upon arrival.

Rates include all utilities, pool cleaning, weekly maid service & gardener.

Internet Broadband connection must be requested at least 7 days before arrival and is charged locally at cost.
